Description
Zircoflex Shield R heat shield material by Zircotec has been designed for automotive and motorcycle applications. The flat sheet version measures 310 x 220mm and is 9mm thick. The pitch of the four M6 mounting holes is 285 x 195mm. Each sheet of Shield R material is hand made by Zircotec in the U.K, therefore there may be some size difference.
The Shield R material is operational up to 1000°C and achieves up to 50% reduction in hot-to-cold face temperatures, thus protecting critical components from heat damage. Suitable for a wide range of applications such as exhaust pipes, air intakes and flat surfaces.
