Made from 10 mm ABS plastic, chosen for strength and impact resistance. It is UV coated, temperature and weather resistant, and arrives protected by a vacuum-sealed film. No painting is required.

Installation is straightforward with the supplied mounting kit. The part is labelled for authenticity and quality, and holds TUV MATERIALGUTACHTEN certification for the material used.
