CNC71 BMW E80 / E82 / E90 / E92 Steering Angle Lock Kit – Full
Complete kit increasing the steering angle for the BMW E9X/E8X series and massively improving geometry.
The set is based on original steering knuckle adapters, so installation is simple and does not require any interference with the braking system or vehicle body.
The adapters are milled on CNC machines, which gives high quality finish, 100% adapter fit to the steering knuckle and pin ends. The material from which the adapters are made is 7075 aluminium, which shows the strength of structural steel while maintaining lower weight.
The swingarm is laser cut from structural steel and bent on a numerically controlled machine, equipped with uniball joints with conical mounting bushes.
In addition, the kit is equipped with high-quality wishbone pins and complete steering rods.
If you want to reduce the camber angle, which with standard adjustable mounts (Camber plates) will be around 8-9 degrees, buy our plates to the set, which have a wider range of settings. Thanks to this, the camber angle can be reduced to 4-5 degrees.
When installing the kit, there is no need to cut, weld or grind anything, everything is installed Plug & Play, the operation is fully reversible, the bodywork remains intact.
The set widens by 10 cm per side. You can get 60-63 degrees of turn.

The kit requires the removal of the front sway bar from the vehicle and is intended for use during closed drifting events at secured facilities!
