Powerflex Road Series Upper Engine Mount Insert (Diesel) – PFF1-1125R
Introducing the Powerflex Road Series Upper Engine Mount Insert (Diesel) – PFF1-1125R, designed specifically for diesel models. Crafted from our softest Red 65A durometer material, this insert is engineered to limit NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) transmission. It fills the voiding in the OE rubber mount, providing enhanced support and stiffness to the often perished rubber, a common issue in tuned vehicles.
By smoothing out gear changes and throttle application, this insert ensures a more precise and settled transmission response during both acceleration and deceleration. For optimal engine stability, it pairs perfectly with our other Upper Gearbox Mounts and Lower Gearbox Mounts. Please note, a small increase in NVH, typically at idle, is expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine/transmission and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted.
