Akrapovič Porsche 911 (992) GT3/GT3 Touring Evolution Header Set

The Evolution Header Set (Titanium) was tested and developed in conjunction with the Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) system.

Crafted from high-grade titanium, with all parts sandblasted and coated for enhanced durability, this new header set is designed to optimise gas flow. It features special manifold crossover pipes in the headers, cast in Akrapovič’s in-house titanium foundry. This innovative design, derived directly from race-proven exhaust systems, is being used for the first time in an Akrapovič aftermarket car exhaust. Engineered to optimise the performance of the Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) in the midrange, many components of the headers are cast in the in-house foundry. The full titanium construction results in a weight saving of 3.8 kg, making it 28% lighter than the stock equivalent.

Tuned quarter-length resonators, alongside the catalytic converters, ensure exceptional sound quality, free from distortion or unwanted frequencies, creating a unique acoustic experience. When combined with the Akrapovič Slip-On Race Line (Titanium), the Evolution Header Set (Titanium)—developed exclusively for use on closed-course competition circuits—provides power increases of 16.6 kW (22.6 hp) at 4,550 rpm and torque gains of 35.2 Nm at 4,500 rpm, as measured on the Akrapovič dyno against a Porsche 911 GT3 (992) with a standard stock exhaust.

When fitting the Akrapovič Evolution Header Set (Titanium) on vehicles with particulate filters, remapping the ECU is mandatory to prevent potential “check engine light” warnings. For vehicles without particulate filters, ECU remapping is recommended.

This system is also compatible with vehicles equipped with an Otto particulate filter (OPF).

This product is not compatible with RS versions.
